Happy New Year!
GQS had an incredibly busy 2020 as we smashed through our yearly benchmarks across our different services. Here is our yearly wrap up!
In 2020 we…
– undertook 1,308 projects.
– realised $433,557,158 in tax deductions for our clients.
– valued $4,436,677,564 (yes that’s billion) worth of property for insurance purposes.
– advised committees to raise $8,679,670 in towards future capital expenses through our Sinking Fund Forecast service.
– expanded into building consultancy and defect management.
– added 2 x new members to the GQS team
